Where You Will Succeed
Main Duties:
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the
primary responsibility of the High Limit
Room Coordinator is to coordinate
marketing activities that drive visits and
revenue in the High Limit Room. They
will recognize and maintain the high
worth guests by providing exceptional
customer service. Responsibilities
include: Planning, creating, and
implementing marketing channels
specific to high limit players. Responsible
for player acquisition and development of
customer service strategies. Providing
high limit comps and hosting. Planning,
adherence to budget, and reporting.
Participating in other projects as required,
in support of Casino marketing activities.
Qualifications
Education
Four year Bachelor of Commerce or
Bachelor of Administration Degree
with a specialization in Marketing.
Experience:
Minimum 3 years experience in an
administrative role, maintaining and
processing records, customer service.
Experience planning, implementing,
and evaluating events.
Minimum 1 year experience in a supervisory
role, overseeing, managing people and
resources.
